This page explains how the Couture Bascule website and its contact form work.
Your contact enquiry
Your name, email address and message are used to respond to your enquiry. The form sends this information to the workshop through Cloudflare Email Service. Messages arrive in the workshop’s mailbox hosted by Hostinger. The website does not create a customer account or store a copy in a database.
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle and follow up your enquiry, and to meet applicable obligations. Please avoid sharing sensitive information that is not relevant to your enquiry. To exercise your rights of access, correction or erasure, write to the workshop.
Protection against abusive submissions
Cloudflare Turnstile checks enquiries before they are sent. Rate limiting uses the IP address. See Cloudflare’s information about Turnstile.
Contact the workshop
Telephone and email links open your usual application. For questions about your correspondence with the workshop, contact STANLEY GROUP SRL at info@couturebascule.be.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures page visits, clicks on telephone, email and directions links, and enquiries accepted by the contact form. Neither Google tool loads before you agree. If you decline, you can still use the whole website.
Analytics do not receive your name, email address or the content of your enquiry. The page addresses sent contain only the path, without query parameters or fragments; the previous website’s address is limited to its domain. No advertising tools, Google Signals, advertising profiles or collection of user-provided data are enabled.
Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. The “Cookie settings” button in the footer lets you change your choice or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent deletes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to the website and reloads the page without Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager; statistics already collected are not automatically erased. Display and navigation
Fonts are hosted with the website. Your choice of light or dark theme and preference for reduced animations may be stored in your browser to remember these settings.
Hosting
The website uses Cloudflare Workers to serve pages, protect the form and forward enquiries. See Cloudflare’s privacy information.
Google Maps and directions
On the Contact page, a Google map appears directly beside the workshop’s address. It loads only when you approach the map on the page. The map operates independently of Google Analytics.
Loading the map connects to Google, which receives information including your IP address and may use cookies under its privacy policy. The workshop’s address is also shown in text. The “Directions” link opens Google Maps in a new tab.
